1. JOB INFORMATION

2. JOB PURPOSE

Provide operational support of ESH Activities to the ESH coordinator. Retrieve data and information obtained from the existing management system to provide basis for ESH reporting. This role shall ensure promotion of a safe working culture and environmental conservation among staff, contractors and visitors that access company premises.

3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Operational Responsibilities

  1. Ensure EHS policy, procedures, work instructions, forms & checklists in use are following the guidelines of the company document and records management procedure.
  2. Develop and execute an active register of employees authorized to drive company vehicles.
  3. Maintain an active register of legal requirements for EHS.
  4. Collect and summarize monthly data on EHS performance for all departments.
  5. Collect and summarize monthly data on energy usage, water usage, and fuel consumption as part of the Carbon Neutrality Blueprint for the Company.
  6. Follow up on documentation and generation of incident reports for all safety accidents and environmental incidents. Review the counter measure proposals on incidents before circulating the reports.
  7. Maintain an incident log for the company, collecting data from all company locations.

4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

(Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role)

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a Technical related field, with a preference in Environmental Management and/or Health and Safety management.

Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role

  • Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills

2. JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Case Division internship program is to:

Exposure of top university/ college students pursuing relevant courses (engineering, Business, Computer science etc) to industry experience in sales and marketing.

3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Operational Responsibilities

  1. Undertake market and price surveys/ analysis
  2. Participate in preparation ,organization of marketing events and prepare event reports
  3. Product positioning ,analysis and comparison with competition
  4. Prepare Industry and specific product sales trend reports
  5. Attend to customer enquiries and prepare contact reports
  6. Propose process improvements and actively participate in both classroom and practical training sessions
  7. On-job training (OJT) through guidance by sales executives and sales manager
  8. Learn about Agri mechanization industry .
  9. Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) and Anzen standards
  10. Document the training progress on the training work log and ensure periodic review by supervisor
  11. Generation and analysis of sales admin reports.

4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

(Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role)

Degree in Agricultural /Automotive/Mechanical /Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering or Business from a recognised institutions (Final year students or new graduates)

Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role

  • Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
