2. JOB PURPOSE
This role will be responsible for business development in infrastructure space with special attention to Energy Industry. In this role, one will be expected to work closely with various energy agencies and stakeholders to identify and nurture business opportunities across the supply chain (Generation to Distribution) amongst other duties.
3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Operational Responsibilities
- Providing solutions aimed at reducing power losses in the supply chain primarily in the distribution sector.
- Conduct market surveys and reports on behalf of Toyota Tsusho Corporation and CFAO
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both corporate (B2B) and government sectors (B2G) by conducting thorough market research and analysis.
- Participate and support Company’s investment activities by conducting financial analysis and conducting due diligence in line with Company policy and best practices.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client companies and government agencies.
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the Group’s overall objectives, including setting growth targets and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance group`s value propositions and open new revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with both local and offshore project members to drive and achieve Company business.
- Manage customer relationship and sales forecast in order to maintain a robust and consistent sales pipeline.
- Lead or coordinate projects related to market expansion, new product launches, and partnership initiatives relevant to B2B and B2G environments.
Preferred Skills
- Work experience at middle management level in business development and /or marketing preferably in the Energy Sector (at least 8 years or more)
- Experience in technical Sales preferably in the Energy Sector.
- Exposure in IoT-related devices that are effective in reducing power transmission and distribution losses.
- Deep understanding of strategies leading to Carbon Neutral Goals/Green Goals.
4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Humanities
- Exposure in Electrical discipline or Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
